“I was intrigued by your product educating young people on job basics... My grandson, off to college next week, is a “victim” of this vacuum – not having the slightest clue of his future. I would love to learn more about it. Would it be possible to have access to the site, realizing that it is still in development?”

We heard many student stories:
* MBA schools do not know specific employer skills, as every employers' skills are unique to that employer.
TALENT JUST DOESN'T DEVELOP ON ITS OWN
Education and acquiring skills cost money. Many students have to prioritize and weigh the cost of learning against the ROI (the ROI to students is a job they want). Because they don't know local employers' roles and their skills, they often don't develop the interest or skills for these roles. Many don't even know who the local employers are, or how to get hired by them either.
What we do
- We provide a digital career advisory service for free to local schools and for local employers. We have licensed software to depict local employers' roles and the skills they require. We video local employer's entry role, and survey the skills - this require an annual commitment from employers. Our digital platform then allows students to explore, save, and share the roles that are interested in pursuing with career counselors and parents. It also helps students track the skills required for the role, and provides an early employer connection for the student.
- The licensed software helps students to learn free software beneficial to their career, since skills cost $$$$.
